Full job description Talent Acquisition Specialist We are currently seeking a high caliber Talent Acquisition Specialist for a long-term basis within our client's team of experienced professionals. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating recruiting efforts, managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), conducting audits, sourcing passive talent, and performing initial phone screens and candidate assessments. This individual will collaborate closely with local recruiters to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
Responsibilities: Recruitment Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Communicate effectively with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to facilitate the recruitment process. Manage logistics for recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives. ATS Administration and Audit: Oversee the administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and system integrity. Conduct regular audits of candidate records to maintain compliance and data quality standards. Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement. Initial Phone Screens and Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and cultural fit. Evaluate resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required skills and experience. Provide detailed assessments and recommendations for further consideration by local recruiters. Collaboration with Local Recruiters: Work closely with local recruiters to understand specific hiring needs and priorities. Provide timely and relevant updates on candidate progress and share insights from initial assessments. Assist local recruiters in managing candidate relationships and feedback. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred May supplement education requirements with 5+ years of working in talent acquisition in related roles and/or holding nationally recognized recruiting/talent acquisition related certifications (CIR, PRC, CSNMR, CPSP, etc.) 3-5 years Proven experience in recruiting coordination, ATS administration, and sourcing. Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques to identify passive candidates. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in using recruiting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of sustainable energy practices and renewable energy technologies
