Support Specialist

Job Description:

Celanese is seeking a passionate and confident Support Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent support and assistance to our clients and internal teams. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide first-line support to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of support tickets- Identify and escalate any critical issues to the appropriate teams- Maintain detailed documentation of all support interactions- Assist with project management tasks as needed- Make informed decisions to provide the best support possible- Travel occasionally for client meetings or training sessions

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred- 3+ years of experience in a technical support role- Strong project management and decision-making skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
