Job Description:
Delek US Holdings is seeking a dedicated and motivated Support Officer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to various departments within the company. This is an Associate Level position requiring 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities:- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements- Provide support in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations- Act as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate team members- Keep accurate records and maintain databases- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficiency
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks- Effective communication and negotiation skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
