Responsibilities
• Create and maintain supply chain master data in SAP• Work with various functions to ensure data accuracy in SAP• Assist in material specifications and GMP change requests• Support procurement in follow-up of purchase orders• Develop and maintain SAP master recipes and production versions• Analyze and manage inventory in SAP• Coordinate sampling, testing, and movement of materials• Perform system inventory adjustments for material consumption• Schedule and release manufacturing process orders• Maintain monthly Key Performance Indicators and provide reports
Requirements
• Associate degree and 3+ years of related work experience• Knowledge of industry requirements and technical/operations know-how• Effective communication and team participation skills• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities• Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook• Attention to detail and accuracy• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform various tasks
