Position Description :
Are you a Logistics Analyst looking for a place where you can make a difference every day? Serco is the place for you! We have an exciting opportunity supporting the United States Navy and our CNIC N6 program based out of Charleston, South Carolina.

CNIC Regional Offices enable improving operational performance and cost reductions through business process definition, analysis, and development of technical capabilities which automate process or improve transparency for analytics and decision making.

The CNIC N6 Logistics Analyst is tasked with providing logistics and warehouse management support.

In this role, you will:
Monitor establishment and refinement of element and program inventory management processes.
Review the adequacy of inventory processes and documentation with respect to inventory accountability, location, condition, repair and rework, and limited life items.
Identify issues, develop reports, and track progress of issues resolution.
Provide part pedigree reports, limited life items inventory reports, spares quantity and condition reports, and inventory processes and documentation assessments.
Perform and submit a wall-to-wall inventory semi-annually.
Manage the storage of IT systems, sub-systems, components, and peripherals.
Allocate, assign, and track IT systems, sub-systems, components, and peripherals.
Utilize Naval Information Warfare Center's (NIWC) authoritative tracking tool, to track assigned IT systems, sub-systems, components, and peripherals.
Perform proper forecasting of additional IT systems, sub-systems, components, and peripherals needed based on inventory status.
Inventory, ship, and receive IT systems, sub-systems, components, and peripherals IAW command policy.
Compile and archive required DoD documents for transfer of assets.
Maintain inventory of IT related assets that falls under the Security Offices responsibility.
Support the procurement process upon request or when required by developing a recommended list of related systems or materials to be procured.
Obtain quotes from vendors of system related systems or materials to be procured upon request or when required

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Active DoD Secret security clearance
A high school diploma/GED and 1+ years' relevant experience
Knowledge of and experience with DoD Logistics processes and procedures
