Job Description About this role:
For this position we are looking for a highly motivated & proactive person to help lead in the day to day execution of campaigns across 2 Tier 1 Pet Food/Treat brands, with minor support across 3 Tier 2 Pet brands, all within the Post Holding Co. This will be a hybrid role across strategy and investment, with plenty of cross-training and career development opportunities, but we are looking for the core competencies of this candidate to be an expert in the core digital investment/activation functions.
Role Objectives: Plays a leading role in all aspects of campaign strategy / tactical recommendations, including vendor liaison and reporting optimization Lead internal and client statuses, ensuring that client needs are met and projects timelines are on track Responsible for ensuring the success of digital campaigns across all brand initiatives; the typical campaign workload includes 1 quarterly campaign for each Tier 1 brand annually, as well as digital support across key retailers during key campaign drive times Oversee 2 planners and 1 Associate planner in ensuring all day-to-day campaign management functions are operating effectively (campaign setup, launch timelines, assisting the Ops team with trafficking tags, and partner with comms management to ensure campaign runs as expected). Implement trainings and on-the-job coaching as necessary to ensure team is operating efficiently Assist or lead in presentation of data, insights and optimizations to clients; typical cadences for optimizations are minor optimizations made monthly and larger optimizations made quarterly Training/Support for Assistant Planners in billing, reporting, trafficking, analytics and research Intimate knowledge of consumer habits & touchpoints, i.e. CTV, digital publishers, mobile partners, & social Craft knowledgeable and relevant POVs that assess media opportunities and place appropriate value Manage Vendor Billing: insertion orders, monthly billing reports, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliations Draw actionable insights based off syndicated data, Nielsen, Comscore, Strategy, TNS, adrelevance and Quantcast Build relationships with vendors to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles for client media plan Strong presentation/story-telling skills (written, presentation, and vocal) Prepare and deliver buying and or digital trafficking specs and guidelines Effectively People Manage: Continuously find areas of growth development within team, ability of conflict resolution when needed, provide constructive coaching & counseling
Qualifications B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising or related field 3+ years of digital media buying/planning experience Experience planning digital campaigns for products in both the B2C and B2B space and ability to confidently present these to clients both on the phone and in-person Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skills Must have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills Must be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc. Must possess/develop a strong understanding of the technology marketplace including awareness of key publishers, products and trends Expertise with Prisma and DCM Experience with Research tools such as Nielsen, Comscore preferred Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Compensation Range: $73,500 - $90,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications , and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
