Job Description:
Owens Corning is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Manager to join our team in New York City, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online customer accounts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a resourceful and hardworking personality. Strong decision-making and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:- Manage online customer accounts and address any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive online customer experience- Monitor online customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement- Develop and maintain relationships with key online customers and partners- Provide regular reporting on online account performance to leadership
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in online account management or a similar role- Strong decision-making and leadership skills- Excellent communication and organization skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
