Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Safety Manager for a secure work environment• Efficiently coordinate day-to-day construction tasks• Schedule and manage crews and subcontractors• Procure materials and equipment in a timely manner• Align with foremen on daily production plans• Oversee and maintain quality control standards• Provide comprehensive daily work reports• Offer technical expertise and guidance to resolve production issues• Ensure project adherence to schedule, specifications, and safety standards• Act as the primary interface with project owners
Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proficiency in motivating teams for productivity and efficiency• Strong multitasking abilities• Self-motivated problem solver• Proven track record of career stability and successful superintendent roles• Minimum 5 years' Superintendent experience on projects exceeding $2 Million• Preferably experienced in large medical/healthcare/schools/laboratory facilities with MEP experience• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management recommended; equivalent experience considered
