Responsibilities
• Manage grants and relationships with institutional funders• Project manage government grants and solicit event sponsorships• Support with major gift proposal writing and impact reporting• Conduct prospect research for new revenue-generating opportunities
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience• 3-5+ years of grant writing and/or donor relations experience• Excellent writing and editing skills• Experienced at building and maintaining relationships• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail• Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems• Valid California driver's license and proof of automobile insurance• Pass criminal background check, FBI/DOJ fingerprinting, TB test, and drug screen• Understanding of and passion for the Foundation's mission, vision, and values• Enjoys working directly with youth and community partners• Receptive to feedback and values a growth mindset
