We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team in St. Nazianz.
Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand. Sets up equipment operation feed, speed and temperature. Follows established procedures and drives continuous improvement in the plant's manufacturing processes, including fabrication, welding, paint and/or assembly. Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing. Resolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations. Other related duties as assigned. The annual salary for this role is $63,375 - $92,950 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
The qualified candidate will have: Bachelor's degree plus 2 or more years of manufacturing experience OR Associates degree plus 5 or more years of manufacturing experience OR high school diploma/GED plus 7 or more years of manufacturing experience #LI-EF1
