Bonus Opportunities THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY Assembly of multi-part precision components into assemblies and sub-assemblies Work from drawings or description of parts using mechanical and electrical tools and equipment Work with precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, etc. Soldering components Multi-point quality inspection Conduct electrical and mechanical testing Maintain safe working environment by complying with instructions and guidelines BACKGROUND PROFILE Strong mechanical skills, aptitude, and interests Prior experience in multi-part, detailed assembly Experience working with drawings and part inspections Soldering experience is a plus Effective communication skills and team player mentality Pride in work and desire for self-improvement Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude Minimum high school diploma or equivalent • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check IND2
