What to Expect In this role, you will:
Engage in meticulous design, coding, optimization, and unit testing, culmination in streamlined code deployment.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements elicitation to solution implementation, leveraging agile practices like Scrum, TDD, and BDD
Conduct thorough reviews and offer constructive feedback on peer code contributions.
Aid the team in resolving intricate issues, providing guidance, and fostering a learning environment among peers.
Critically evaluate peer designs, swiftly address bugs, and troubleshoot operational hurdles.
Generate comprehensive specifications and maintain detailed documentation to ensure clarity and continuity.
Qualifications
A 2 or 4-year degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent experience is required.
Minimum of five years' experience in software development required.
Working knowledge in programming languages and technologies is required. (C#, SQL, JSON, or.Net)
Experience with or knowledge of AI preferred.
Additional Details: This is a full-time position. This role would require occasional travel. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. On rare occasions, this position may require some after-work hours due to workload or tight deadline.
