We are looking for aSenior Project Managerwho will work with our cross-functional team on process improvement projects across our clinical testing business.What You'll Do:Contribute to the development and launch of a portfolio of projects, including new laboratory-developed tests (LDTs) and new operational workflowsManage and track work with leaders across a variety of disciplines (R&D, Clinical Lab, Medical Affairs, Product, Operations, Commercial Strategy, Marketing) to plan and execute improvements for our Oncology businessOwn stakeholder communication, expectations management, timelines, and the end-to-end project plan for a variety of projects, and use knowledge to improve upon existing templates and playbooksAct as a subject matter expert on operational implementation of new assays and enhancements to the existing suite of Tempus Genomic testsWork closely with engineering and product teams to enhance and test software applications in support of launchesReport project statuses, quality metrics, and general feedback to team leadershipIdentify and respond to project issues and risks; own and provide expedient follow through to action or resolution and communicate appropriately.Other duties as assignedQualifications:3+ years experience with prior project or account management responsibilitiesBachelor's degreePreferred: formal project management/process improvement training Experience working as part of a larger team to drive initiatives at scaleExperience working with product/engineering teamsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment; flexible and resilient with the ability to execute changing business prioritiesAbility to prioritize and maintain multiple projects at the same timeDriven to identify problems as they arise and manage solutionsDemonstrates the ability to foster growth in people and teamsImpeccable verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues and translate them into concrete action plansAbility to tailor communication based on the needs of cross-functional teams and business leadersKeen eye for understanding the business needs and relative prioritization across projectsCuriosity and intrinsic motivation to learnSuperior analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
