We're looking for intelligent, driven professionals to join our Client Strategy & Insights team. This client-facing team is responsible for supporting and growing our largest merchants with our Client Success teams, supporting Sales teams in creating business cases, and creating scalable, reporting and analyses. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem solving skills, and have the ability to craft comprehensive narratives for both internal and external audiences of all levels. In addition to analytical rigor, the ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills to work within the organization and with clients to drive forward recommendations. What you'll doBuild Relationships:You'll partner with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll build cross-functional relationships and partner with our Client Success, Sales, and Data/Analytics teams to grow our existing portfolio of accounts, and convey Affirm's value propositions to prospective merchants. Develop client relationships to ensure the best outcome for both the merchant and Affirm.Make Data Driven Decisions:You'll track, analyze, and report performance of financing programs and A/B tests. Build out analytics/insights that are value-adds to our merchant partners and differentiate Affirm from competitors. You'll use data and visualizations to guide conversations, and tell compelling stories to audiences of various levels. Scale Out Impact:You'll create repeatable analyses and dashboards to help scale out the impact to your partners internally and externally.Keep Learning:You'll become an expert in the retail POS financing and e-commerce space, and maintain a strong understanding of our evolving data warehouse, and financing productsWhat we look forPassion and drive to disrupt both the retail and lending industry for the better  A desire to use data to drive business optimizations, and enough curiosity to dig in deep to find the right data to drive impact3 years of experience in a client-facing, analytically-driven role (consulting, finance, analytics, etc.) Track record of successfully driving projects from end to end (from building strategy to execution) Strong working knowledge of analytical tools, including SQL, and Excel.
