Job Description Our Government Services Client is seeking a Process Improvement/Process Automation Analyst with a Secret Security Clearance to support The Office of Director, Operational Test and Evaluation in Alexandria, VA. This is a Hybrid opportunity, 3 days required onsite at the Mark Center and Pentagon. 
Support the DOT&E performance improvement initiatives and the strategy implementation plan with focus on organizational, and test and evaluation processes and change management. Assess the current state of organizational, test and evaluation processes and identify metrics to measure and track performance. Identify and implement opportunities to increase organizational and test and evaluation efficiencies. Identify, implement, and develop or maintain tools intended to support the organization and the test and evaluation enterprise to effectively track its performance including identification of any risks. Identify and establish quality control processes in support of the organization and test and evaluation processes.  Develop and maintain standard operating procedures. Maintain tools established to increase program management – e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Dashboards and support with curation and management of Jira and Confluence information. Support the automation hub and tasks within DOT&E Direct, guide, manage, author web pages and content of the DOT&E intranet, extranet, and external website. Team up with the data management team to support the integration of test data inventory with the DOT&E intranet and extranet. Develop APIs for dissemination of DOT&E data to other DoD organizations. Qualifications This role supports the Office of the Director, Operational Test and Evaluation. This position is just underneath the Secretary of Defense. This organization within the DoD is responsible for doing assessment on testing weapons, equipment, other systems etc. to determine whether or not the DoD should moving forward with purchasing or not.
This role is for our government services client, (who is the prime). This contract provides various professional services and digital modernization for DOT&E. This purpose of this position on the contract is to determine which mission critical processes in the backend office are most essential for achieving their mission, and where the DOT&E can improve or automate better. These improvement and automation aspects of this position will be centered around how their backend office can better automate how they used  Microsoft Power Platform (which includes Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint Whoever is going to be in the position must have a background in developing and/or consulting with MSFT Power Platform products and technologies. The day to day of this person will mostly include interviewing the current personnel at DOT&E to get more familiar with their tech (i.e. Power Platform and SharePoint) resources and how they currently use them. Through this interviewing, the employee will then begin to identify which process with these technologies are most critical and not critical. From these identifications, the person in this position will then make recommendations on how DOT&E can go about improving their efficiency and logistics with MSFT Power Platform products and SharePoint. This person will then be involved in how DOT&E can execute a plan to address the needed improvements. A nice to have in their background as well is JavaScript This is a funded position and a full time W2 salary position with benefits  This position will be hybrid (3 days onsite at pentagon, 2 days remote) and does require a secret clearance. Interview process will be 2 interview (1 MSFT Teams interview and then one onsite at the Pentagon.
