Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure program operations comply with all applicable requirements of the contract, as well as state and federal regulations. - Ensure established goals and objectives support the overall project strategies. - Oversee all project administrative operations including budget, financial controls, and human resources. - Plan, develop, and schedule priorities for achieving operational and performance goals. - Review management, productivity, and financial reports and studies to ensure program objectives are met. - Participate in internal audits, research studies, forecasts, and modeling exercises to support project direction and guidance. - Manage operational managers, including monitoring performance, providing mentoring, and professional development guidance. - Capture and maintain resource assignments and utilization across the enterprise to proactively assess and align staffing levels. - Work with internal leadership to facilitate and define priorities including establishing milestones, realistic schedule and securing resources across all strategic initiatives. - Ensure comprehensive management of defined initiatives that include monitoring of the budget, schedule, resource availability, and organizational alignment. - Guide and support RFIs, RFPs and RFQs, response development including writing to management approaches, whitepapers, and concept development. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in related field required. - 12-15 years of professional experience in a related field required.
The Deployment Lead will oversee the roll out of a large scale modernization effort across agency facilities nationwide to help ensure successful adoption and positive user experiences. This includes deployment strategy planning and scheduling, operationalizing on-site roll out support. The Lead will serve as the primary program point of contact for agency personnel and stakeholders during the modernization effort.

Key Responsibilities
?Engage with key stakeholders to develop the overall implementation strategy and deployment schedule pre-award
?Ensure effective coordination of deployment teams throughout roll out and schedules into next waves to include organizational change management, communication, training and customer support.
?Ensure bi-directional communication of common issues, questions and lessons learned between field teams and remote operations to support ongoing improvements and innovation.
?Interact with agency and customer site leads on the state of operations.
?Support successful user adoption campaigns to include pre-deployment communication & marketing plans.
?Help define requirements for task orders.
?Help guide ?Sand Box? development for future deployments.
?Identify and leverage skills from the multi-disciplinary deployment team to implement adjustments/refinements throughout the modernization lifecycle.
?Evaluate available data analytics to help forecast demand for inventory, analyze performance of products, and measure against demand data and other factors.
?Coordinate with key stakeholders as requested to provide briefings and communications.
?Provide input and support to the development and customer support teams on Test - Fix ? Text based on observations from the user community.
?Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
?Bachelor?s degree
?12 years of related experience implementation strategy and deployment
?Public Sector Project Management experience
?Experience transitioning a major program and nationwide project start up, preferred.
?Ability to interact with external and internal customers.
?Ability to manage multiple?often high profile or mission-critical?tasks simultaneously.
?Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office application and other business-related software applications.
?Ability to obtain and hold a position of public trust
?Potential for 60% Travel

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
