Responsibilities
• Gather data from various sources, including warehouse management systems and transportation software• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in logistics and warehouse operations• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track efficiency and effectiveness• Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into performance• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stocking strategies• Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend actions for inventory reduction• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to identify process bottlenecks and areas for improvement• Propose and implement data-driven process enhancements• Develop demand forecasts and inventory projections• Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation• Monitor and report on product quality and compliance with standards• Identify and address quality issues and suggest corrective actions• Create clear and concise data visualizations, charts, and graphs
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics)• Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in logistics operations• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau)• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and presentation abilities• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles is a plus
