The Insurance Product Analyst supports the Insurance function by supporting multi-state and product offering launches and a wide variety of complex analytical projects.The Sr. Insurance Policy Forms Analyst will support the execution of a multi-state expansion plan by managing regulatory filings and cultivating successful relationships with state regulators. This role will i) develop and maintain policy contract and endorsement forms ii) drive process improvements across the function, which include documenting existing and new implementation requirements and crafting best practices and iii) contribute to a wide range of analytical projects that continuously enhance the business. A key feature of this role is effective collaboration with a peer network across all functional areas to drive accurate, timely and compliant execution of state launches with well-crafted written communications for both internal and external audiences. What do you need?Bachelor's Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience.4+ years of relevant work experience with automobile insurance policy forms and endorsements development.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Slides.Proficient knowledge and use of the System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing (SERFF).Ability to learn new applications and systems.Ability to process complex data from multiple sources.Problem-solving ability with an attention to detail.Strong ability to communicate effectively and to challenge the status quo.Nice to haves:An understanding of and ability to develop and communicate business requirements.Did you know that women and minorities are less likely to apply to a position if they don't match 100% of the job qualifications?
