Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing team. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key leadership role in financial analysis, providing strategic insights and driving continuous improvement. Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities: Lead complex financial analysis, including building and maintaining financial models, developing financial projections and forecasts and creating insightful reports and presentationsUtilize a variety of financial and encounter reporting tools and data sourcesPartner with the finance team to develop and update the Long Range Financial Plan modelConduct scenario modeling to evaluate potential impacts on operational performance, liquidity and financial leverageAssist the treasury team with cash management, investment analysis and ensuring debt complianceProvide critical support and analysis during the annual budget preparation processPerform financial risk assessments and conduct care/cost variation analysis, potentially using advanced statistical techniquesOversee financial and market analysis for internal initiatives and external business development opportunitiesStay abreast of industry trends through ongoing learning via industry publications, conferences and professional forumsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiencyPrepare monthly management reports, clearly communicating financial trends and potential business impactsMentor and guide junior Financial Analysts, fostering their professional developmentSenior Financial Analyst Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field3+ years of experience in a senior financial analyst roleProven ability to lead complex financial analysis and modeling projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel) and financial reporting toolsExperience with relevant healthcare financial data and reporting systems a plusAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyIf you are interested in this position and meet the qualifications above, please apply today!
