Description:The role of the Human Resources Generalist is to support in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures.The main missions of the role are to:Assist the HR and Plant Manager in personnel administration, implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up, staffing issues and industrial relations.Propose action plans and participate in their deployment.Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators.Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws.Maintain employee files and answer employee queries related to payroll.Maintain employee training recordsParticipate in training or Health Safety & Environment (HSE) issues if necessary.Ensure site compliance with ADA, FMLA, EEO, AAP regulationsContribute to all tasks related to daily reportingAct as site communication correspondantSupport commitments established in the ISO 14001 Environmental Policy.Follow requirements established in Saline Plant ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) procedures and work instructions.Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations.Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company.Support commitments established in the ISO 14001 Environmental Policy.Follow requirements established in Saline Plant ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) procedures and work instructions.Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of Management.2.
