Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life forall.Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.Role Overview:Micronseeksaglobally mindedand highly experienced leaderto fill the Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition roleandleadthe North Americaregion,includingEMEAand Mexico.This role willpartnerandscale the Talent Acquisition vision, mission, strategies, and priorities to meet the business operating plan and workforce for the future.As we head into the next phase of Micron's expansion and growth in the region, you willbe responsible forenhancing a global, best-in-class brand to attract top, diverse talent and develop long-term goals and an operating model and process.This role willlead the talent acquisition strategy across the regionand willwork to ensure that talent acquisition policies and initiatives are integrated and aligned to support Micron's strategic People and talent strategy.As asenior leader,you willbe responsible fordeveloping and executing strategies tosupportMicron'sbusinesspriorities.This rolewill collaborate withcorporate communications,DEI,andvariousstakeholdersto create compellingcampaigns andnarrativesshowcasingour people's promise and career opportunities.The Sr. Director, TalentAquisitionisa passionate and innovative thought leaderwho will be responsible building strong relationships with business leaders, executing to hiring plans inspiring and motivating teams to deliver on our commitments to develop best-in-class hiring processes that enable the organization toacquiretop talent.Key Responsibilities:Lead and innovate talent engagement strategies to ensure high-impact talentacquisitioninitiatives are successful across North America, Mexico, EMEALead, coach, and mentor a team of talent acquisition leaders, senior/recruiters, andsourcersto deliver business talent needs and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.Lead the regional university and diversity recruiting of Interns and new college graduate programs with best-in-class experience and meet business needs for start-up and ramp-up.Collaborate and provide input onthe developmentoftalent brand strategy aligned with businessgoals andattractingtopdiversetalent.leveragingsocial listening for continuous improvement and engagement. ?Partner closely with executives, organization leaders,and peoplebusiness partners to align talent development with business goals.Demonstrated knowledge and capability intalentrecruitinganalyticsand metrics and executivereporting.Familiaritywith talent acquisition systems,processes,tools,and Data governanceLead a high-performance team with differentiated agility, innovation, and elevated skills capabilities.Requirements:Minimum of 10+ yearsleading global talent acquisition organizations at a senior levelEffective leadership and management of a high performing team, setting direction and strategies, managing individual and team performance, ensuring employee development, and driving deep employee engagement.Extensive experiencewithimplementing talent acquisition systems including design, implementation, and ongoing process improvements.Ability to translate business priorities into actionable people strategies and development programs.Experience leading and managing cross-functional projects and large-scale change initiatives requiring a high degree of strategic thinking, collaboration, detailed execution, and influence.Knowledgeofapplying andleveragingdata and analytics to contribute to a holistic talent strategy and large-scale transformation.Intellectual curiosity, passion to learn and actively study the latest research and trends in behavioral science and organizational performance.Strong facilitator of programs and development discussionsExceptional business acumen and ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders and external partners.Demonstrated continual learning through on-going education or self-directed learning is expected.Strong written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience)Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$178,000.00 - $334,000.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
