Shifts: 3rd, 10PM - 6:30AM, Monday – Friday
**Must be willing and available to work OVERTIME as needed on Friday nights & Saturday nights**
Sorting and Inspection Associates are responsible for quality control, tracking, transporting, and packaging order items for distribution. Sorting and Inspection Associates are highly organized, detail oriented, and observant.
Job Duties: Inspects parts for quality and stacks them on a skid Identifies defects in nonconforming parts and materials and reports them to shift supervisor with urgency Sets parts specifications during inspection Logs all processing information and data with accuracy and full detail Completes tasks according to standardized work processes, quality goals, and manufacturing schedules Maintains the good working condition of equipment and tools Promotes teamwork and safety in the warehouse Skills & Requirements: Experience in manufacturing or production preferred Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills Must be dependable & reliable Must pass drug screen & background check E-Verify employer Physical requirements: Must be able to stand 8 hours per day Must be able to visually inspect parts for 8 hours per day Work environment: Industrial facility Non temperature controlled environment Dress code: Blue jeans or work pants, MS-IL t-shirt, safety glasses, steel toed shoes
