Job Summary Seeking a Bindery Operator position with prior printshop bindery experience, proficient in operating and maintaining various bindery equipment. Capable of working independently with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
Job Description Arrive to work ON TIME Reliability due to business-critical operations Willing to do what is necessary to get the job done accurately and on time. Skills Required Have prior experience working in a printshop bindery. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Knowledge of Quality, Safety and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for bindery equipment Ability to operate and maintain all bindery equipment in the department which includes shrink wrapper, hole punchers, coil machines, booklet maker, score machine, laminators, round corner machine, padding machine, folder, business card cutter and paper cutter. Ability to work with minimal supervision and a high degree of initiative. Ability to read and follow print ticket instructions. Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking/priority setting skills. Excellent communication skills Hard-Working Quick Learner Quality Conscious Team Player Education/Training/Certifications High School Diploma or GED.
