Position Description: This is an IT Architect position with our direct end client and is responsible for understanding technical business requirements and defining architecture solutions that align to their Standards. This position will have the opportunity to lead and shape their portfolio as they embark on a transformative and modernization journey. This role will provide an opportunity to work with a SaaS product and its integrations as part of the Ford Credit modernization journey.
Skills Required: Understands business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determines corresponding enterprise system designs and change requirements to drive the organization's targeted business outcomes. Understands emerging technology trends and disruptions and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models. Works closely with the product owners and product managers to ensure a robust architectural runway that can support future business requirements throughout the product lifecycle. Defines the principles, guidelines, standards, and solution patterns to ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision. Translates business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and documents all solution architecture design and analysis work. Analyzes the business-IT environment (run, grow and transform the business) to detect critical deficiencies, legacy, and technical debt, and recommends solutions for improvement. Supports product managers in EOL (end of life) product decisions to maintain, refresh or retire products, services, or systems (including applications, technologies, processes, and information). Manages and develops the architecture for a broader scope of projects or products. Provides architecture solution to modernize existing on-prem system and promote cloud migration. Ability to articulate the latest ideas and concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences. Ability to translate future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements. Ability to work creatively and analytically to solve business problems and propose solutions. Job Requirements Details: Experience Required: 8+ years of work experience in IT solution development disciplines, including technical or infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, middleware, data management, EDA, and cloud development. Recent 2-3 years of work experience as an Enterprise / Solution Architect Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies, platforms, and processing environments In depth knowledge of full stack and Microservices architectures, direct in NodeJS, ExpressJS, Angular, React, React Native and GraphQL Hands on in two of the three cloud areas AWS, GCP, Azure • Ability to set up a devops pipeline for end-to-end automated deployment • Good understanding of nuances of high performing Enterprise web and mobile application development Even better, you may have... • GCP Certification • Knowledge of Salesforce Cloud • Understanding of Agile, Devops and DevSecOps Education Required: Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or information technology or a related study GCP Certification **Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market. Pay Range: $ 90.00 - $ 93.00
