Description
Join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service in the automotive industry. As a Customer Experience Specialist (CXS), you will play a vital role in creating outstanding customer experiences within a globally recognized provider of automotive products and services. Your focus will be on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring customer loyalty through effective communication and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through various channels to provide information on products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with vehicle specifications, dealer information, and connecting them with the appropriate resources
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats in a courteous and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams and dealers to address customer concerns effectively
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions
- Utilize customer satisfaction tools to address and resolve issues
- Participate in marketing and sales projects
- Meet set goals and provide feedback for departmental improvement
- Collaborate with team members and offer support when needed
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: 2 years in Customer Relations Contact Center, hospitality, or PR/Sales field; luxury field experience a plus; knowledge of the automotive industry beneficial
Skills: Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, time management, conflict resolution, proficiency in MS Office, typing (minimum 30wpm), ability to work under pressure, professionalism, and tech-savviness

Work Schedule
Monday - Sunday 7:00 am - 11:30 pm EST (40hrs per week)
Remote if 45 miles away from our site / Hybrid if within 45 miles (3 days work from home and 2 days onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 16.00 21.00 Per Hour
