Job Summary:
As an Medefy Software Engineer-IV you'll join the forefront of healthcare innovation, you'll help lead impactful teams, mentor through technical challenges, and shape the technical and architectural perspective for the next strategic roadmap. This role will focus on impacting teams/squads' deliverables for quality, value, and speed. Your leadership will extend to mentoring teams through technical challenges and career growth. This role often takes on delivery lead responsibilities, bringing cohesiveness to the team and focusing on the strategic roadmap.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:Deliver on product roadmap and customer issue commitmentsAssist in running team ritualsDevelop and maintain unit and functional testsMentor lower-level engineers through technical challenges and career growthMaintain high standards through architecture and code reviewsGuide the team towards deliverables through grooming/planningImpact teams/squads' deliverables for quality, value, and speedMentor teams through technical challenges and career growthLead from a technical and architectural perspective focusing on the strategic roadmapPerforms other duties as assignedYou must have at least the following:
Associates or higher degree in Software or Engineering discipline or code school graduate5+ years' experience working as a Software EngineerFocused on impacting teams/squads' deliverables for quality, value, and speedPractical experience, including freelance or contributions to open sourceStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skillsSelf-starter, self-motivated attitude, and willing to take initiativeExperience working with GIT and one or more CSPs (Cloud Service Providers) such as AWS, GCP or AzureIt would be great if you have:
Tech savvy (we are a SaaS company after all)Experience in any of the following areas: health insurance, employee benefits, insurance brokerage, HR, telemedicine, general healthcareSupervisory Duties:
