They are hiring ServiceNow HRSD experts to join their team in Washington D.C. and play integral roles in delivering a variety of professional IT services, harnessing the potential of big data and state-of-the-art software technologies to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities As a ServiceNow HRSD expert, you will spearhead the gathering of requirements and creation of user stories.
You will be responsible to devise solutions tailored to meet human capital needs within ServiceNow HRSD.
Architect and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions for clients and customers.
Guide technical teams in implementing and operating HRSD solutions.
Collaborate with executive stakeholders to establish strategic roadmaps and provide thought leadership.
Perform thorough system testing to verify quality and functionality.
Address and resolve issues promptly as they arise.
Skillset: Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in ServiceNow. 
Proficient in ServiceNow HRSD for Federal customers.
Experienced in business process reengineering and requirements analysis for Federal HR customers.
Demonstrated strong customer relationship management skills.
Previous experience in client-facing roles. 
ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialists.
Agile certification, preferably with SAFe.
Experience with enterprise design thinking.
