Responsibilities
• Greet each member personally with warm welcome• Work as a team to maintain positive atmosphere and exceptional service• Take food orders and deliver them in a timely manner• Inform guests of additional options through up-selling• Anticipate member needs and offer assistance• Use POS system to process orders and accept payments• Maintain cleanliness and smooth operation of station and tables• Clear and clean tables, assist in setting up event space• Adhere to alcohol service guidelines• Other duties as needed
Requirements
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred• Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout dining area• Communicate professionally with staff, members, and guests• Ambition to learn and provide exceptional customer service• Ability to take detailed orders and operate POS system accurately• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously• Availability for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays• Physical abilities such as walking, standing, reaching, bending, lifting, etc.• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
