Responsibilities
• Develop quality assurance strategy for sourced products• Act as supplier quality engineering representative in new product development projects• Perform Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)• Identify gaps in suppliers' capabilities / technical project risks• Accountable for incoming inspection planning• Make decisions on acceptance or rejection of sourced materials• Lead improvement projects at the supplier• Analyze product-related supplier quality issues• Support facility audits by outside agencies• Perform local supplier management
Requirements
• BA/BS degree or equivalent in a Life Science, Engineering, or Physical Science• 5 years' experience in supplier quality engineering• Knowledge of worldwide regulatory standards and laws applicable to the IVD industry• High level of quality tools and methodology skills• Very good written and oral communication and organizational skills• Technical knowledge about category supported• ISO 9001 / FDA / Medical technology background• Basic project management skills• Advanced English• 20% travel expected
