Primary Responsibilities Responsible for the analysis of product, process, equipment and method issues at designated stages of product development and manufacturing. Responsible for the support of manufactured product conformance to specified requirements. Provide process efficiency and suitability analysis and input to manufacturing engineering and production management. Use the warranty and NCP system for review and management of defective product. Support the use of statistics for product improvement and process control (CP,Cpk) Qualifications Four year college degree or two year college degree with 3 years' experience. Six Sigma GreenBelt certification highly desired. Certain technical skills and training, such as quality tools and techniques, GD&T, process capability theory and SPC are required. Good problem solving skills (8D) are also required.
