Senior Sitework Estimator

We are an industry leading sitework and utility projects construction company, located in Charleston, SC. We are looking to hire a senior Sitework Estimator to join our team. 
The Estimator will be responsible for providing timely and accurate estimates for Heavy Civil Construction projects and Sitework. They will work closely with the project teams to assess scope, determine costing, and develop bids that are competitive and meet the customers needs. This position will play a critical role in the successful completion of projects on time and on budget.
Evaluate and review project plans and specifications Research and source materials, equipment, and subcontracts as needed Identify labor, material, and time requirements for projects Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates Develop bids and proposals for projects Consult with clients and vendors to ensure accuracy of estimates and bids Provide ongoing support for project teams and clients Maintain detailed and organized records of estimates and bids Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field At least 5 years of experience as an Estimator in Heavy Civil Construction and Sitework Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office and cost estimating software Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Benefits - Competitive base salary $120k-$160k depending on experience
