Our customers trust us to partner with them on this mission and we are laser focused on providing them with delightful and intuitive products that make their jobs easy, efficient and rewarding.What You'll Do:Be a lead PM responsible for a best-in-class experience for the admin console and “mothership” that public sector agencies rely upon for everything from their long-term transportation planning to real-time operationsDesign end to end experiences that follow the “life of a ride” from booking to confirmation to post-ride history and supportBuild products that help transit agencies increase efficiency for their staff while increasing rider satisfaction; Other metrics include reducing time spent on support and troubleshooting and successful resolution of issues raised by ridersCreate delightful digital experiences that in turn create excellent real-world outcomes for low-income and minority populationsPartner with engineers and architects to build a sound infrastructure that supports multiple personas and use cases while feeling purpose-built for the end userStrive for excellent quality products while pragmatically releasing meaningful features on a regular cadence; employ a test and learn philosophyBuild the short and long-term roadmap for your products by integrating customer feedback, data, trends and strategic initiatives, in an effort to continuously improve and expand Via’s product offeringWork closely with key internal and external stakeholders around the globe and different time zones to guide prioritization and make sure that product development is focused and impactfulLead cross-team collaboration and work on complicated problems by integrating with other product managers and development teams across the organizationGet the job done, sync teams, while keeping the big picture firmly in mindWho You Are:Minimum of 7 years of Product Management experience in B2C or B2B SaaS products Excellent collaborative written and verbal fluency in EnglishAble to digest market research & customer feedback along with having a crisp understanding of technical requirements and constraints to paint a vision of what a great product could look likeDemonstrated success in handling an end-to-end product lifecycle with the ability to drive product planning, development, and launchExcellent analytical abilities and a strong business acumen - an MBA is a plusA great multitasker who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environmentPro-active and independent achiever, self-learner, able to handle a task from idea to productionTeam Player, with great communication/listening skills and a can-do attitudeThrive in fast-paced environmentsBalance delivery of MVPs with an unwavering commitment to world class productsA firm believer in a “Data First” philosophy but can also make decisions in ambiguous situationsPassion for public transit, mapping, SaaS and accessibility - working experience in these areas is a plusCompensation and Benefits:Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
