The Role
Mission: As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will be an integral force within our company, embracing a diverse range of responsibilities from finance and operations to human resources and strategy. Your role is pivotal in driving our vision forward, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to our strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance: Prepare monthly financial forecasts, manage relations with public financial institutions, and conduct internal audits for legal and financial compliance.
Operations: Oversee accounting, financial, and legal operations, manage contracts, and facilitate communications with investors and board members.
Human Resources: Lead the recruitment process, draft job postings, and oversee monthly payroll validation.
Strategy & Internationalization: Analyze financial and market data to guide strategic decisions, keep abreast of competitors, and develop pricing and financial strategies.
