Come brighten your life and over half a billion more!Responsibilities:Work with executive leadership to drive product strategy for a key team in the Growth AreaDrive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iterationPerform qualitative and quantitative research to explore and validate feature ideasPartner with product designers to ensure a fun and delightful user experience in our productWork with engineers to help guide feature developmentPerform experiment analysis on features and find opportunities for optimizationDefine your key performance indicator(s) which drive user growth, and achieve them!Requirements:5+ years of experience in mobile gamingA desire to make the world a better place through technology and educationAbility to apply user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisionsAn instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiencesDemonstrated ability to be resourceful, curious, and innovativeExperience leading projects and teamsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Design, Psychology, or equivalentExceptional candidates will have:Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Psychology, or equivalentExtensive experience in fast-growing, consumer-facing mobile games that have a strong IAP and/or subscription growth.We invest in and support our Duos!
