Job Description

As a Senior Mobile Expert, you will be responsible for driving exceptional customer service while generating sales within one of our T-Mobile locations. Our Senior Mobile Experts are encouraged to bring their unique personality to fulfill the T-Mobile experience. This is not a mundane, repetitive retail job; our Senior Mobile Experts have fun accomplishing the below job commitments:Enthusiastically provide optimal solutions to any customer needs through thorough product and service brand knowledgeSurpass minimum sales expectations, whether by attracting new customers, or identifying revenue opportunities of existing customersAct as a mentor for the other store Mobile Experts through providing guidance on how to best approach customer interactions and training on product and service knowledgeSpread brand exposure to attract business opportunities through reaching out within the community, outbound calling, and utilizing social media marketingEducate and recommend the best technology choices personalized to each customerSimplify the wireless experience to cater to and maximize customer understandingMaintain a high attention to detail when completing any transactions or paperworkExercise compassion in all customer interactionsFoster team partnerships to support store synergyAssist in store opening, closing, and operating dutiesQualifications
