This role is a unique blend of strategy, execution, and innovation, embedded within our Strategy and Transformation team and reporting directly to the Director of Digital Strategy.As a steward of Zebra's digital evolution, the successful candidate will possess an advanced skill set, with comprehensive knowledge across the company, and a strong grasp of our product suite. You will be pivotal in strategizing and propelling our programs forward, embodying our commitment to digitization and a culture of innovation.***Location: Role can be remote.Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the Zebra 4 Zebra (z4z) and inZpire programs, ensuring alignment with our global supply chain and repair strategy.Develop and execute strategies that further enhance the programs, driving people and process excellence, and expanding on our company values of leading through innovation, think and act customer first, succeeding as one, making a positive impact, and delivering excellence with agility.   Instill a culture of innovation and creative problem-solving, using your adept marketing and communication skills to engage stakeholders and amplify our initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, bringing a cohesive and strategic approach to support the broader digital strategy initiatives for GSCR.Contribute to a dynamic, inventive team environment, encouraging a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Besides driving the success of z4z and inZpire, you'll embrace additional roles that bolster our overarching GSCR digital strategy, demonstrating flexibility and leadership.Foster a culture ready for growth and transformation, leveraging your expertise to guide our organization through change effectively.Independently create and manage project plans for initiatives with varying scopes, possibly overseeing multiple projects simultaneously or managing significant programs directly.Leverage established methodologies and tools to ensure clear planning, communication, and execution.Lead cross-functional team activities to guarantee program success within budget and timelines.Own program success by closely monitoring execution against business objectives, adjusting plans as necessary with minimal oversight, and effectively managing resources and risks.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required12+ years' of work experience, plus 3+ years minimum experience in a people leaderExperience in program managementExperience with digital transformation and strategy implementationPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree preferredPMP or change management certification is a plus. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, adept at engaging with all organizational levels. Strong delegation skills and the ability to follow up and communicate effectively. Proficient in MS Office or similarWillingness to travel up to 25% of the timeA visionary mindset, capable of anticipating needs and driving strategic initiatives beyond the current scope to support the broader GSCR digital strategy.
