Senior HRIS Business Analyst

Pay Considerations

–The salary range for the position is $75,372.20-$121,323.19. Starting salary is dependent on education, qualifications, and experience.
Work Schedule

– This position is scheduled to work 4 days per week, 9 hours per day, (36 hour work week) Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 6:00pm

THE ROLE
Under limited supervision, performs a variety of complex analytical functions within various department business applications, which include maintaining accurate data input, testing, processing, reporting, data integrity, and ongoing operations and functions of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Serves as a technical point-of-contact for the assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a closely related field; or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. The City assesses one (1) year of full-time work experience to be equivalent to one (1) year of education.
Four (4) years of experience performing administrative and analytical support duties for an organization, preferably in an IT and/or HR environment, which produced strong technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product, preferably Workday; and experience and knowledge of HR business processes and best practices.
One (1) year supervisory or technical team lead experience is preferred.
Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Nevada state driver's license and maintain a satisfactory motor vehicle record.

– Selected candidates for this position are subject to a pre-employment screening which includes but is not limited to local & state criminal history check; federal criminal history checks via submission of fingerprints; and drug screening. *IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Background check processing may take 2 to 3 months to complete.
