### Job Description
Position Title: Senior Director of Sales
Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)

### The Role
As the Senior Director of Sales, you will play a crucial role in the expansion of our Network Solutions sales segment. Your primary focus will be on fostering growth within the network solutions sphere, targeting a diverse clientele that spans traditional telecom sectors, as well as burgeoning fields like Social, Mobile, Analytics, Content, and Cloud services. Your expertise will not only lie in acquiring new business from both prospective and existing clients but also in spearheading the development of compelling value propositions and navigating through commercial and legal negotiations to seal the deal.
### What You'll Do
- Drive profitable revenue growth by securing new business and exceeding net new Monthly Recurring Revenue targets within your assigned account base.
- Establish and maintain executive-level contacts, fostering long-term relationships that translate into successful enterprise-wide negotiations.
- Perform thorough analyses of sales funnels, revenue, and other pivotal performance indicators monthly.
- Proactively identify and address potential service delivery and product performance issues, ensuring continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
- Stay in tune with client needs, adapting our services to meet their evolving requirements.
- Keep abreast of competitive dynamics within the industry, sharing insights with the team to maintain our competitive edge.
- Uphold all corporate policies, ensuring a consistent and professional company representation.
### What You'll Bring
- A solid 10 years of direct sales experience, preferably within carrier/wholesale, managed networking, cloud solutions, or IT services.
- A track record of C-Level engagement and relationship building with a deep understanding of complex network solutions customers.
- A strong grasp of the data/IP and mobile communications industry, including trends in Cloud Adoption and the Internet of Things.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage large account sales strategies effectively.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with a high degree of independence, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, analytical tools, and presentation software.
