Job Description:
We are currently seeking a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team at CHS in Dallas, Texas. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Manage client accounts and ensure all client information is up to date and accurate- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and resolve issues- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients- Prepare and present regular reports on client activity, feedback, and satisfaction levels
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Energetic and resilient personality traits- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace- Demonstrated cooperation and emotional intelligence skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
