We know more than just what people like; we know how they talk, why they laugh and how they connect.Job DescriptionThe jobAs a Senior Digital Project Manager, you will be working for global brands and you'll be supporting in ensuring a smooth process, from briefing strategists and creatives, to managing budgets and planning resources. You'll actively identify problems and find ways to solve them. You consult and prioritize together with the account team in your team and manage internal stakeholders.What will you be doing?As one of our Project Managers and part of a digital international team, you are constantly multi-tasking and communicating with several layers of the organization. Project Managers like a little structure, so we've made a list of your most important responsibilities:You are the connection between the agency, the client and other external stakeholders;You lead several projects for clients, work from briefing towards the delivery of the social assets and/or campaigns; You know how to plan a project from beginning to end;You know how to keep an overview, prioritize workload and plan resources;You're the guardian of timings, ensuring team members keep their commitments and meet deadlines;You will represent Boomerang to the client and are able to advise them and brainstorm with them;You are in touch with clients and external parties and make sure we receive all necessary input from them;You create quotes and plan budgets with your Account team;QualificationsWho are we looking for?Naturally you are the type of person that has strong organizational and planning skills, someone that likes to tackle challenges on a day-to-day basis and is an enthusiastic team player.You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. in a creative agency);You have knowledge of advertising sector / roles within an agency;You have a proven track record of commercial clients/projects;You ideally have experience in supervising a small (creative) team;You are proactive, responsible, solution-oriented, independent and able to handle stress;You know how to organize and keep overview and find pleasure in doing this;You have a good sense of humor. Or a bad sense of humor. As long as you have a sense of humor;You are a team player, showing respect and communicating effectively;You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
