Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies for growth and expansion• Work closely with executive team and board of directors• Build positive relationships with volunteers, donors, and community leaders• Manage capital campaign strategy and capital committee• Create major gifts program and solicit major gifts• Oversee annual communication strategy• Develop innovative donor engagement and solicitation strategies• Represent the faith-based organization at external events• Manage own donor portfolio and assist team in oversight• Mobilize board of directors and executive team in donor relations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field• Nonprofit fundraising professional with 3+ years of experience• Sensitivity to diverse cultural and economic backgrounds• Desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organization• Christian faith preferred
