Senior Accounting Intern

Perform various accounting and clerical functions in support of the Finance Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in onboarding and training Accounting Interns.Review and prepare account analysis, reports and/or schedules.Enter complex Accounts Payable vouchers into the financial accounting system.Assist with Employee Expense Reporting (Concur) – training guides, videos, etc.Assist and support team with implementation of Concur - VerifyAnnual preparation, review and disposal of Fixed Assets.Assist with special projects as needed – tax, sales tax, accounting, internationalEDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or its equivalent.Completion of one year of Accounting Internship.Completion of college-level, advanced accounting courses. Basic knowledge of the following software:  Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Reliable and responsible.Highly organized, motivated and detail oriented.Solid communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to speak, read, write and understand the English language.
