The Resource Industries segment is a dynamic global division consisting of a portfolio of prime products, components, and services that meet the needs of clients and customers through manufacturing, engineering, design, commercial, and support teams located globally.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the Resource Industries segment - Aftermarket Sales and Services financial reporting, forecasting, business analysis and decision support. This role will provide financial counsel for complex, broad traditional and non-traditional financial Analysis, forecasting, and other projects and/or initiatives to the leadership team (which could include CF
What You Will Do: Business partner and trusted adviser supporting RI Aftermarket/Parts Business Monthly financial reporting, forecasting and decision support. Analyze, explain, and present Aftermarket financial performance. Provide meaningful, actionable insights, advice, and recommendations to leadership. Guide the Resource Industries Accountable Parts Profit (APP) annual business plan, early warnings, quarterly forecasts, and long-term forecast. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to initiate, lead, or support business unit or corporate initiatives. The Finance Manager FP&A will interface with finance, commercial and product groups inside and outside the division to assist with the achievement of goals, provide a strategic focus and lead initiatives on financial, product and/or other issues.
What You Will Have: Education/Experience: The position typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent/experience in Accounting, Business, Finance or Economics.
Effective Communications : Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Judgment and Decision Making: Knowledge of the decision-making process; ability to carefully evaluate the impact of emerging business situations and choose the best path forward communicating actions and activities that maximize organizational performance.
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material. Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.
Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
