Position Summary:
The Sales Coordinator supports Access TeleCare's top line growth by providing support to the Sales team and facilitating the team's activities. This position will present updates and process accurate data into our CRM.
Description of Duties/Essential Functions:
On a daily basis, this position will administratively support to the sales department and assist in organizing resources necessary to put together high-quality sales presentations
Enter sales material into Microsoft Dynamics ensuring all material is accurate and complete
Follow up with sales team members for data accuracy, consistency and completeness and check source documents against entered data to ensure data integrity at every sales stage
Improve business processes related to information gathering, maintenance and validation.
This position reports to the Chief Growth Officer and works closely with the Sales, Account Management, FP&A, and cross-functional departments.
Education and/or Experience:
1+ years of experience in a Sales, Marketing, and/or data analytics; experience working in high growth healthcare and/or fast-growing company preferred
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Advanced Microsoft Excel and database management skills
Proficient CMR, Microsoft Dynamics Microsoft Office skills and an ability to quickly establish competency with new business software solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills appropriate for engaging senior executives
Proven experience managing multiple, competing responsibilities including unassisted prioritization of tasks to achieve timely attainment of performance metrics
Organizing daily activities to ensure attainment of established goals
Ability to partner effectively with others, respond to rapid change, and perform duties with persistence
Ability to complete assignments in a detailed, thorough, precise, and complete fashion

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
