Responsibilities
• Assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care• Collecting and synthesizing comprehensive patient data• Developing individualized care plans• Coordinating and delegating care• Participating in quality improvement activities• Continuing education and professional practice evaluation• Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare team members• Maintaining ethical and professional patient-nurse relationships• Incorporating research findings and utilizing resources effectively• Providing leadership and promoting a positive work environment
Requirements
• Associate's or Vocational degree in nursing• 0-2 years of RN experience (may consider new graduates)• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing• Licensed Registered Nurse in MN (and/or WI if necessary)• BLS Tier 1 and PEARSAH certification within 30 days• Preferred: RN-BC Ambulatory Care certification• IV Therapy Certification for working in Urgent Care within 180 days
