Add that extra human touch to your nursing care. Provide a family with safety and comfort for their loved one. That is Private Duty Nursing.
At Alliance Nursing, you will supply nursing care for medically complex clients in their homes, from pediatrics to adults. You will work closely with the families/guardians, physicians, social workers, and hospitals to provide the critical skills needed for the client"s care.
You become a part of the home, the family, and their lives. Therefore, it is so important for companies such as Alliance to provide the staff needed in these homes.
There is a little boy that is so sweet and happy! He has nurses that take him to school so we are looking to help the family for some evening shifts. He is trach only at this time. Mom and Dad and family live on base so a good central Pierce County location.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
Days: Wednesday 7am - 3pm
Evenings: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 3pm - 7pm (4 hour shifts)
Some job duties:
Vent and Trach Management (We will train you!)
Central Lines and administration of TPN
Administration of nutrition and medication through a variety of feeding tubes
Developmental enhancement through a supportive role
Qualifications:
Proficiency in the nursing process; assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation
Ethical Conduct
Client focus; communicate effectively, interpersonal skills
Physical ability to transfer, perform CPR on the floor, and engage in active bending, twisting, standing
Current or Pending RN or LPN License with State of Washington
