RN-ER Weekday Day Shift (salaried)Department: Emergency DepartmentStatus/Schedule: Days (work 5 days every 2-weeks)
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Work in conjunction with the Clinical Director and the Emergency Department Manager• Provide Outstanding Care to all patients or customers• Act as a liaison and advocate for the patient• Maintain open lines of communication with other members of the care team• Quickly and accurately assess patient care needs• Work collaboratively with doctors and staff• Perform all requested diagnostic tests• Diagnose and develop treatment plan collaboratively with doctors and staff• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing needs continually• Comply with all legal and safety requirements at all times
Requirements
• Currently licensed by Kentucky Board of Nursing as RN• Preferred but not required experience• BLS/ACLS/PALS certified or certifications obtained within six months of hire date
