Engage in inbound and outbound calls with Inc Authority Customers who are considering a change in their services or to renew their services Collaborate with sales and customer service management on ideas and tactics to provide customers with new services Respond to customer queries in a timely manner Analyze customer feedback and develop techniques to ensure customer retention Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Explain and upsell our products and benefits of Inc Authority service Essential Functions:
Excellent Phone Commination Skills Ability to navigate a CRM System and use a headset Basic computer skills such as typing while using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) Career-Minded Professional A Passion for Helping Others A Positive, Can-Do Attitude Professional Appearance and Demeanor Requirements/Desired Qualifications:
