Responsibilities
• Identify workforce sourcing strategies for annual labor needs• Manage candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding• Develop strategies for a ready pool of candidates• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs• Create and execute sourcing strategies to find passive talent• Screen candidates and communicate company culture and values• Lead recruitment-related projects• Drive offer process and serve as a talent advisor• Capture interview feedback and provide talent assessment training• Build relationships with colleges, universities, and community organizations• Coach and manage performance of Staffing Specialists
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems• Excellent communication and multitasking skills• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment• Ability to connect with passive candidates creatively• Knowledge of industry practices and trends
Key Skills Needed
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems and relentless drive to find, engage and connect with top talent• Proven experience to create and maintain pipeline for hard to fill roles• Effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers at all levels• Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills with ability to work within an ambiguous environment• Ability to deliver amazing experience to every candidate you engage• Sound judgment and discretion; able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately• Possess excellent verbal, written and public speaking communication skills• Professional, with the ability to communicate with external and internal customers at all levels• Ability to plan, organize and work with minimal supervision• Analytical skills – ability to pull reports, interpret data, and summarize with key insights for action planning• Must be flexible and adaptive to proactively respond to a fast-paced environment• Adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment• Ability to creatively connect with passive candidates• Proficient with Microsoft suite of applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
