Responsibilities
• Open, close and operate Gift Shops and Rentals locations• Run reports• Keep stores stocked and clean• Supervise staff• Communicate clearly• Train staff on Zoo policies and procedures• Handle customer concerns professionally• Work with weekday, weekend, evening and holiday availability• Work in all types of weather conditions• Submit to a criminal background check and drug test
Requirements
• High school diploma• Prior retail and customer service experience• Experience on a cash register• Ability to open, close and operate both Gift Shops and Rentals locations• Ability to run reports• Ability to keep stores stocked and clean• Ability to supervise staff• Clear communication skills• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays in all types of weather conditions
